THE MIND BEHIND CONFLUENCE
Meet Richa Dubey
I bring more than 30 years of senior people leadership experience, having served as Chief People Officer and CHRO across energy, chemicals, manufacturing, technology and semiconductors, with international exposure across the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the USA.
I started Confluence Advisory to work in that gap. A confluence is where separate streams meet and grow stronger. People, strategy and culture work the same way.
My previous executive experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at Nayara Energy and Chief Human Resources Officer at Vedanta Resources, alongside senior HR leadership roles at Schneider Electric, Praxair and Broadcom. During my career as Chief People Officer, I led people strategy for a business of approximately US$20 billion and a workforce of more than 10,000.
Strategy rarely fails on paper. It fails in the gap between what leaders plan and what people are equipped, aligned and trusted to do.
